Arthur Robert (Bob) Gooderson's (4.1.1906-3.4.1981) compositional work, written over a period of about 40 years, is not very extensive (just under 200 chess problems, mainly two-movement problems), but it is quite remarkable. Ten years ago Barry Barnes published a brochure with a selection of his chess problems.
