Chess composer of chess problems

A French magazine called him the "most French Belgian problemist" - was head of the problem section of the Belgian correspondence chess magazine from 1939 to 1949 and also of L'Echiquier belge from 1945 to 1949. About 1000 problems can be traced back to him, in particular he dealt with two-move problems. In my library there are some booklets he lovingly compiled himself with his own problems, which he sent to Hermann Albrecht for his two-move collection.
