75-year-old man, Leslie Rhodes from Streatham in south London, had succumbed to injuries sustained in the attack, making him the fourth victim. Ms Frade worked in administration in London for DLD College. Rachel Borland, principal of the college, said: “We are all deeply shocked and saddened at the news that one of the victims yesterday was a member of our staff.”
