RAPOPORT ZALMAN YERUHIMOVITCH, 26.04.1905, Riga. Before the war worked at tree-processing factory in Smiltene town, in 1940/41 was the director of the factory. During the war was the founder and Chief of Staff of 201 Lat. Riffle div., then head of the Food Supply Departm. in 43 Gu Lat. Rifle div. - till 1947 while demobilized. Sen. Lieut., many rewards. After demobilization worked as a chief of departm. of Invalids' Cooperative. Died in Riga in 22.12.1984. All his relatives perished in Riga during the Holocaust. His daughter's husband MIRMAN ISRAEL -war invalid. [pic]
