Swedish Chess composer of chess problems

He published a collection of 123 of his own chess problems in 1984, mostly two-move and self-matings.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            He is said to have originated the pre-computer era dictum known as "Swindley's Law" that self-mates with 12 or more moves are always incorrect.
