Conor Angus Cloud Hickey (July 10, 1998 – July 31, 2023) was an American actor best known for his portrayal of Fezco in the HBO television series Euphoria (2019–2022). 

He had small roles in the independent films North Hollywood (2021) and The Line (2023), and is set to posthumously star in the film Freaky Tales. Cloud also appeared in music videos by Noah Cyrus, Juice WRLD, Becky G, and Karol G.

Early life

Angus Cloud was born in Oakland, California, on July 10, 1998, although the majority of his family resided in Ireland. Cloud was the eldest of his siblings; he had younger twin sisters, named Molly Hickey and Fiona Hickey. He attended the School of Production Design at Oakland School for the Arts, where he was a classmate of his Euphoria co-star Zendaya.

Cloud revealed in an interview with Variety in August 2022 that he suffered "minor brain damage" from a serious fall when he was a teenager. The injury resulted in a scar on the left side of his head.

Career

While working at Woodlands restaurant close to the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York, he was scouted by Euphoria casting director Jennifer Venditti, who he initially thought was trying to scam him. He portrayed Fezco in the series. Prior to his role on Euphoria, Cloud had never acted, only serving in his high school’s theater department building sets and working on lighting and sound. Cloud also played Walker in the comedy drama movie North Hollywood.

In 2019, Cloud appeared as himself in the television series The Perfect Woman. He also appeared in three music videos. In 2020, he appeared in Noah Cyrus's music video for "All Three". In 2022, he appeared in two music videos for Juice Wrld's "Cigarettes" and for Becky G and Karol G's "Mamiii" music videos.

In 2023, Cloud appeared in the film The Line, portraying Robert DeWitt. That same year, he signed with United Talent Agency (UTA).

Cloud had roles in three films which were unreleased the time of his death: the horror film Your Lucky Day, an untitled Universal Monsters film, and the drama film Freaky Tales. It was confirmed that he had completed work on Your Lucky Day and the Universal project before he died.

Death

Cloud died on July 31, 2023, at his family's home in Oakland, California, at the age of 25. The Oakland Fire Department were summoned for a medical emergency, where they declared Cloud "already deceased" on arrival. Cloud had been mourning the loss of his father, whose funeral he had attended in Ireland in the week before his own death.
