Joseph Evans Brown ou Joe E. Brown, né le 28 juillet 1892 à Holgate (en) (Ohio), et mort le 6 juillet 1973 à Brentwood (Californie), est un comédien américain.

Il est notamment connu pour le rôle secondaire qu'il a joué dans Certains l'aiment chaud, dans lequel il prononce, entre autres, la célèbre réplique finale : « Well... nobody's perfect! »
