HAREL ISSER NATELYEVITCH-NATANOVITCH, 1912 - Vitebsk, since 1927 - Daugavpils (there - Galperin). Emigrated to Palestine in 1930. One of the kibbutz Shfayim founders. Was a member of the "Hagana". From 1944 served in the Intelligence Service of the Hagana. From 1954 headed the Mossad. Was responsible for the successful capture of the Nazi criminal Eichmann. Died in 18.02.2003. Brother DAVID Galperin - soldier of 43 Gv. Latv. Rifle div. Killed in Dec. 1941 Naro-Fominsk near Moscow.
