Ppor. piech. rez. Dawid LEBENBAUM s. Szymona i Ryfki z Mandlów, ur. 22 V 1908 w Warszawie. Absolwent gimnazjum w Warszawie i BPRPiech. nr 7 a (1931). Odbył ćwiczenia rezerwy w 24 pp (1935, 1937) jako dowódca plut. W 1939 przydzielony do 45 pp. Był studentem Wyższej Szkoły Handlowej.
