Por. Jerzy Paprocki s. Antoniego i Stanisławy z Koniców, ur. 9 VIII 1912 w Warszawie. Absolwent Wydziału Prawa UW (1935) i kursu w CWKaw. (1936). Służył w 23 i 26 p. uł. W 1937 na praktyce w Wojskowym Sądzie Okręgowym nr VI, następnie przydzielony do Wojskowej Prokuratury Okręgowej nr 1 jako asystent. Por. mianowany ze starsz. 1 I 1939.
