Marek Graniczny (ur. w marcu 1947, zm. 25 kwietnia 2017) – polski geolog, profesor nauk o Ziemi.

Pełnił funkcję profesora zwyczajnego w Państwowym Instytucie Geologicznym. Habilitował się 30 października 1995 dzięki pracy zatytułowanej Strefy nieciągłości tektonicznych w świetle korelacji wielotematycznych danych geologicznych na przykładzie Żarnowca i Ziemi Kłodzkiej. Był recenzentem 10 prac badawczych. Zmarł 25 kwietnia 2017.
