The Warsaw Insurgents Cemetery (Polish: Cmentarz Powstańców Warszawy) is located at Wolska 174/176 street in the Wola district of Warsaw. It was established in 1945 and it occupies 1.5 ha.

Buried within the cemetery are approximately 104,000 victims of World War II, including: defenders of Warsaw in its siege by the Germans in September 1939, Warsaw inhabitants murdered during the German occupation, and insurgents of the Warsaw Uprising of 1944. Most of those persons are unknown.

In a square by the cemetery is a monument to The Fallen Unconquerable (Polish: Polegli Niepokonani) created by professor Kazimierz Gustaw Zemła. The monument was erected in 1973.

Next to the cemetery is the Wola Cemetery (Polish: Cmentarz Wolski).
