MINTZ VLADIMIR MIHAILOVITCH, 16.09.1872, Daugavpils. Was a prof.-surgeon, well-known in Latvia and Russia. Remained under the Nazi occupation in Riga. Particip. in the Resistance; gave the medical assistance to the prisoners of Ghetto. Died in 1945 in Buchenwald concentration camp.
