Vardi manor (Schwartzen, Vardi mõis) was a "knight's manor" in Nissi parish in Harju County.
Nowadays, the manor remains in Märjamaa municipality in Rapla county.
The manor was first mentioned in 1582 when it belonged to Schwartz family. The stone main building burned down in 1905 and was later rebuilt in a modified form.
The building was extensively rebuilt in the 20th century and is now used as a club
