NEMOITIN SHMUEL (DAVID ARGOV in Israel), 1918, Riga. Studied at Jewish Industrial School. Soldier in 201/43 Gu Lat. Rifle dv. till the end of the war. Escaped illegally to Germany, then to Palestine. Worked in Haifa. Died in 1998. His brother also changed his name for Argov NECHEMIA. He came to Palestine in 1936. (read part "Latvian Jews fought for Independence of Israel").
