Rizzini Alexis Camlian Gomez (August 29, 1990 – October 13, 2015) was a Filipino beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Mutya ng Pilipinas Tourism Int'l 2012. She competed at the Miss Tourism International 2012-2013 pageant in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on December 31 where she won the top prize of Miss Tourism International 2012-2013.

Rizzini studied nursing at the University of Cebu-Banilad

Miss Cebu 2009

Rizzini joined Miss Cebu 2009 where she placed 1st runner up after Ms. Kris Tiffany Janson was crowned as Miss Cebu 2009. Rizzini also won Best in Evening Gown.

Miss World Philippines 2012

Miss Gomez also competed at Miss World Philippines 2012 where she was unplaced.

Mutya ng Pilipinas 2012

Rizzini won the title of Mutya ng Pilipinas Tourism International 2012 title for Miss Tourism International 2012-2013 together with fellow-winner, Camille Manalang Guevarra, Mutya ng Pilipinas Asia Pacific International 2013 for Miss Intercontinental 2013 at the Mutya ng Pilipinas 2012 pageant.

Rizzini was chosen as Miss Tourism International 2012-2013 at a pageant held on December 31, 2012 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Death

Rizzini was diagnosed with lung cancer in 2014 and died on October 13, 2015 at the age of 24.
