LEVIN RAFAIL DAVIDOVITCH, 9.07.1921, Daugavpils. Tailor before the war. Remained in occupied Latvia. Was in the ghetto and in concentration camp. After his liberation joined the Soviet army, fought at the Far East front.Returned to Riga, worked as a tailor. In Israel since 1971. Died in 1989.His brother YAKOV perished, his brother LEIB and sister DVOIRA - war veterans.
