OLGA GRENDZE
LAKELAND, MI
Age 92, passed away September 12, 2006 in Ann Arbor. She was born May 6, 1914 in St. Petersburg, Russia the daughter of Peteris and Cecilija (Snore) Kamols. On April 21, 1938 in Rucava, Latvia, Olga married Richards Grendze. He precedes her in death. Olga was employed at the University of Michigan as a Librarian before her retirement in 1977. She was a member of St. Paul's Evangelical Latvian Lutheran Church in Farmington Hills. Survivors include her son Andris (Charlene) Grendze of Lakeland, grandson, Richards (Carmen) Grendze of Summerville, SC, granddaughter, Jennifer (Mike) Wieczorek of Hamburg, great granddaughters, Alexandra Grendze of Summersville, SC and Michele Howard of Hamburg, and great grandson Jacob Wieczorek of Hamburg. Her parents and siblings, Peteris Kamols, Elfrida Kamols, and Zelma Novikovs precede her in death. A Simple Farewell will take place on Thursday September 14, 2006 at 2:00 PM at Hamburg Cemetery with Rev. Carl F. Welser officiating.
