Moysey Atamuk was born in 1922 in Kaunas.In 1941 he indeed participated in the battle near Moscow with the Latvian division.
He was wounded (not killed) and was sent to a hospital.
In 1942 he arrived to the 16th Lithuanian division and in 1943 he participated in the battle near Oriol.
He was killed on July 16, 1943 by a German sniper and was buried there with other killed soldiers.
