Lane Allen (born Albert Edward Wootten; August 4, 1914 – August 5, 1995) was an American actor, casting director, and talent agent.

He was married to

• actress Randy Stuart (1954–1968),
• and finally Ramona Mckay.

Personal life

Allen was born on August 4, 1914, in Toronto, Ontario, as Albert Edward Wootten. He moved the the United States, where he was a casting director and later a talent agent. He married Betty White in 1947, but they divorced two years later based on disagreements. He married actress Randy Stuart in 1954. The couple later divorced in 1968. Allen married Ramona Mckay in 1971 until his death. He died at the age of 81 on August 5, 1995 in Los Angeles, California.
