TCHERNOBROV ISAAK MICHELEVITCH (MICHAILOVITCH), 1915, Riga. Particip. in underground rev. movement, polit. prisoner, since April 1938 in Spain, comm. company 45 Div. near river Ebro; from 1939 in c/camp in France. Returned to Riga and in 1940/41 active worker in Soviet apparat. At WWII - officer at offices ensuring communication with front head-quarters. Decorated with "Patriotic War" Medal. After war worked in Ministry if High and Middle Education. Died in Riga 14.12.1992. [pic]
