Ingrid Louise Visser (Gouda, South Holland, 4 June 1977 - Murcia, Spain, May 2013) was a Dutch female volleyball player. She represented the Netherlands at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia, where she finished in fifth place.
In 1995 she was a member of the Netherlands women's national volleyball team at the European Championship. With this team she won the gold medal by beating Croatia (3–0) in the final, and in 2007 a silver medal at the Boris Yeltsin Cup in Yekaterinburg, when losing to China (3–1).
In 2003/04 Visser won the IECL with Spar Tenerife Marichal.
In May 2013, Visser and her partner Lodewijk Severein went missing in Spain. The couple did not return to their hotel in Murcia, after checking in on 13 May. Her and Severein's bodies were found near Murcia and it appears they have been murdered.
