TZUR HILLEL, 1909, Riga. Active member of "Beitar"; in 1928 emigrated to Palestine, graduated agricultural school. Fought for the independence of Israel. Was arrested by the British Authorities and was deported to the c/camp in Kenya; returned to Israel in 1948. Was Deputy major of Netanya. Died in July 1948.
