Dolores Lambaša, 32, Croatian film and theater actress, injuries sustained in traffic accident.

Beautiful and talented Croatian actress Dolores Lambasa (32) died as a result of a serious car accident, which occurred on Wednesday morning 250 meters at the exit of the highway to Osijek. The accident occurred at 6:30 am, and was caused by the driver, actor Stojan Matavulj (52), who did not keep enough distance from the car in front of them, Novosti reported.

A hit in “Polo” with Slavonski Brod registration plates was terrible and “Nissan” driven by Matavulj capsized. Lambaša was tied, but she was laying on the passenger seat when the car went off the road and flew out the window.

Doctors in Slavonski Brod received actress in a serious condition. Because of numerous injuries in the stomach and internal bleeding, she immediately underwent surgery. All the time she was unconscious and despite efforts to reanimate her, the actress died.

Dolores has long been in a relationship and had lived unmarried with Joseph Radeljak, a controversial Croatian businessman. A car accident killed his wife, Ena Begovic, one of the biggest theater and film actresses in Croatia. From the marriage to Ena Begovic Radeljak has a daughter, to whom Dolores was like a mother for a long time.

Radeljak had with Dolores for a time a harmonious relationship and she has often defended him in public, after a series of conflicts he had with reporters. But the relationship was over and the actress moved out. The attractive acress rented an apartment in Split and continued filming soap operas.

Behind her were the stormy relationships with actor Ivo Gregurevcć and Frano Lasic, who was about thirty years older than her.

Dolores was very popular in the acting world, very talented and everyone predicted her a successful career .
